Privacy policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

This policy explains what information Mindful Living Post ("we") collects through mindfullivingpost.com and our newsletter, and what we do with it.

What we collect

How we use it

We use this information to send the newsletter you asked for, to reply to you, to honor unsubscribe requests, to understand which emails are useful, and to keep the site secure. Our newsletter may include sponsored content and offers from partners. We do not give partners your email address for those offers.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and deliver email, such as our hosting, security and email delivery providers, or where the law requires it.

Tools on this site

Quiz answers, challenge progress and wind-down plans stay on your own device. Plans and progress are saved in your browser so that you can come back to them, and we can't see them. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own cookies for advertising or analytics. Our security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site. Email delivery providers may measure opens and clicks in the emails they deliver.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter records while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a suppression list so that we don't email you again. We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or on our unsubscribe page. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. To make a request, email [email protected].

Children

This site and newsletter are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
